How We Charge For Our Services
Chimney - Inspection
- $250.00 to $300.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection) Level 1 Chimney Inspections are included and performed only during a home inspection.
Home Inspection Services
- $349.00 to $407.66 for less than 2,000 sf house - $399.00 to $598.41 for 2,000-4,000 sf house - $549.00 to $1,088.91 for +4,000 sf house - $399.00 to $434.91 for 2,000 sf house (most typical) We perform more in-depth and better detailed inspections and reports than typical home inspectors. Our high levels of service and quality reports, coupled with our years of experience and training demand slightly higher fees than most typical inspectors. Fees are based on the size of the home and may have adjustment factors based on the age of the home. As homes age, there are sometimes many factors that make the inspection much more difficult and detailed, requiring more time and analysis than newer home inspections. Obviously, as size of homes increase, so do the number of components to inspect and the times required.
Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $125.00 to $175.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home) Radon testing performed with a home inspection is discounted. Radon testing as a stand-alone service is also available.
