My daughter purchased a home and had a home inspection by First Choice Home Inspections. They were very thorough and professional and found the home had Federal Pacific breaker box and aluminum wiring. The owner agreed to replace the items before closing. My daughter had Frank do the 4 point insurance inspection and he found they had not replace the wiring only the breaker box. Frank was very knowledgeable when it came to inspecting the home. He found defects that were not disclosed and I am grateful for the information that helped me avoid a home that had more issues that I was prepared to take on. I don't typically do reviews on people, however moving from New York to buy in Florida was very scary for us so after reading all the reviews we decided to go with Frank. And let me just say we had him do 3 home inspections and was truly satisfy with his work and how humble and great of a person he was. so if you're looking for a home inspector Frank is the way to go for sure. Also thanks to his wife who always picked up to answer any questions we might have had and remind us a day before. Chimney - Inspection
- $150.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)
Preformed during a home inspection at no add'l cost.

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $550.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $600.00 to $1,250.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $450.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
999 Sq Ft and under 250.00
Each add'l 500 sq ft add 50.00
crawlspace add 50.00
Over 40 years add 50.00 for each 40 years add 50.00

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $900.00 to $1,350.00 fixed fee per year
Cost of the home Inspection plus $500 5yr Maintenance package 1500 sq. ft. home $900 = 300 + (4x150) Volusia & Seminole Counties, for Lake and Orange Counties; Home inspection cost plus 200.00 per year.

Pool - Inspection
- $150.00 to $300.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
When schedule with a home inspection in our service area we offer a $50.00 discount on the pool inspection.

Roof - Inspection
- $150.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Roof Condition Certification Inspection or Wind Mitigation Inspection are 150.00 in Seminole and Volusia Counties only. When scheduled with a paid home inspection in our service area take $50.00 off the cost of the roof inspection.
