Customer wanted us to paint the porch and trim, back fence and shed. Paint was peeling and starting to look dingy. We came out, pressure washed everything, then applied a high quality Sherwin Williams Superpaint to the exterior to get the house looking like a new home.

The customer had one of the first houses built in the West Chester community and it was time to redo the exterior painting. The body color and trim color had previously all been the same. He wanted us to change the color of the trim to make it stand out better. We were pleased with the final results.

The customer was moving in to a new home and wanted us to paint it before they moved in. They closed Wednesday afternoon and were moving in the following Monday. We sent one of our interior designers out to do a color consult that afternoon and choose colors. We then brought in two crews and worked the rest of the week to get the house done in time. We painted downstairs and upstairs, walls, ceiling, and all trim - baseboards, crown molding, doors and windows. It was a lot of work, but the colors came out great. Monday morning, the moving truck arrived, and the house looked brand new.

The customer lives in an old townhouse along a main road. They were getting the house ready to sell and needed it to look like new. We came out, pressure washed, took care of the repairs, scraped, painted and caulk. We finished on deadline and I believe the house has now sold.

- $1.00 to $5.00 per square foot
Pricing depends on a variety of factors including wall condition and repair work needed, the number of coats and colors required, the amount of prep work in your home - i.e. moving furniture, and the size of the job.
