Franklin Drafts provides all completed services in digital format (DWG, PDF, DOC, etc.) emailed to each client reducing the amount of paper consumed to a minimum of in-house use only.

Communication is the key to providing clients with exactly what they need, when they need it. Franklin Drafts can be contacted via e-mail, phone/text, video conferencing and through our website. We are also fully mobile, being able to communicate and provide service to our clients while away from the office.

Bradley Franklin, Owner/Drafter & Designer/CST II
Brad Franklin has become a Draftsman, Designer and Senior Survey & Engineering Technician over the past 18 years. He gained valuable on the job skills managing and drafting in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Interior Planning for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industries. The main focus of his endeavors has been in Land Surveying and Boundary Law. He has been the project manager for countless construction projects, written surveyors affidavits and legal descriptions, managed multiple field crews for mortgage boundary, and residential & commercial construction. He has also represented his prior employers in presentations before city and county departments (Building, Engineering, Planning & Zoning, City Council, County Commission and Mayors). He is fully trained in Manual Drafting and AutoCAD Land Development Desktop 2004 and AutoCAD 3D 2016 (Building & Infrastructure). Like he says, "If it can be drawn, I can draft it!"

Land Survreying As-builts
As-built Data for underground utilities, drainage and paving & grading as field located and measured by Land Surveying Field Crew and drafted on the permitted engineering plans for submittal to the local municipality.

Full set of plans for fabrication and construction of a desk with a top that raises and the sides fold out revealing shelving. It folds back together for space conservation when not in use.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Designers - Drafters - CAD Drafting
- $25.00 to $45.00 per hour for original plans - $25.00 to $45.00 per hour for revisions to existing plans Designing costs are higher than drafting costs. All services are quoted to clients based on the time needed to complete the service as described by the client and the information provided by the client. Time-frame of completion is based on scheduling. If additional time is required, the client is notified immediately and approvals are granted prior to any further work continuing. All revisions are free of charge unless deemed a modification. Modifications are defined as changes to the original dimensions, locations, etc. that were not noted or expressed prior to the commencement of said work. A 50% deposit is required prior to work commencing, with the balance due upon completion.
