What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

We provide home inspection services in the greater San Antonio region.
We follow the Texas Standard of Practice rules. Following the inspection, we prepare and submit a report electrically within 4 hours (not computer generated).

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

For the most part, we are asked to do household repairs ranging from drywall, painting faucet leak.
Occasionally, we will perform light renovations to single family homes such as flooring replacement, painting, carpet replacement on stairs.
We will replace house fixtures as well (garbage disposal, water heater, water softener, etc.)

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Handyman Services - Residential
- $75.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
One single rate for any renovation or repair work requested.
If the repair takes less than an hour, charge will be $100
|
Home Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $399.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $499.00 to $800.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $801.00 to $1,500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $499.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Following the inspection, we will submit the invoice electronically via our QuickBooks accounting system, then once the payment is process via our company WebSite, we will send out the home inspection report.
Payment via our company WebSite is through Wells Fargo web service and accept major credit / debit cards, as well as bank transfers.
Once the customer inputs the info and submit the payment, a confirmation receipt is emailed within seconds, and this will trigger us to submit the inspection report (quick, reliable, easy, and secured).
