How We Charge For Our Services
|
Concrete Patio or Walkway - Repair
- $65.00 to $85.00 per hour (plus materials)
This is almost always a custom price based on the size and condition of the concrete in question.
We pressure wash the concrete and give it a minimum of 24 hrs to dry in hot weather and then we fill and patch the cracks and chips, apply a bonding agent and then apply a topcoat of your color choice.
This is a new process and it is still a learning experience, but looks great and is far less expensive than having an entire patio, driveway, or sidewalk dug up and repoured.

Gutter Cleaning
- $75.00 to $150.00 per cleaning

Handyman Services - Residential
- $65.00 to $85.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
I try to keep my handyman services down to basic jobs.
ie: basic faucet replacement/repair, basic light fixtures, switches, electrical plugs, flat screen t.v. mount, minor concrete patches, etc.

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $80.00 to $100.00 per hour
We can generally remove any green moss, dingy dirt, mold and mildew, or rust from concrete, vinyl siding, or wood decks and fencing.
Single story houses and buildings at 2000sq ft or less start at $225.00
3000sq ft or less start at $350.00
Anything larger is a custom price.
Concrete patios, driveways, and sidewalks 2000sq ft or less start at $150.00
3000sq ft or less start at $275.00
Anything larger is a custom price.
Decks are estimated on a case by case basis due to being wood and the possibilities of rot and chipping and peeling of paint, or stain.
