How We Charge For Our Services

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour
Payment due at time of service.

Estate Cleaning
- $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
Payment is due upon completion of job.

Janitorial Services
- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour (per person)
Payment is due upon completion of job or Monthly bill provided at beginning of month and is due within 7 days.

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $25.00 to $40.00 per hour (per person)
- $140.00 to $210.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
We charge by the square footage and the condition of the home.

Property Maintenance & Repair
- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour plus parts
Payment is due upon completion of job.
