But even if it's a special part that only manufacturer carries, we deal with all the local manufacturers' warehouses and are able to get the parts needed the same day.

Recently, a high-end LG washer of our long-time customer faced lots of issues. Its pulley (support for the motor belt) has corroded the plastic outer tub because of the overloading and has made a crack in the tub. Water was leaking all over the garage. An intire tub was taken of the transmission and motor, was completely disassembled and the outer portion was replaced. Typical appliance company would charge around $220+ for labor but we did our standard $129 and applied a discount for that since the part was already $155 (the entire outer tub assembly). It was a challenging job and took 3,5 hours of hard work and lots of effort but in the end the costumer was completely satisfied and was happy to get his clothes back to laundry.
