Home Inspection Services
- $375.00 to $400.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $550.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $1,000.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Discounts are applied with additional services (i.e. Wood Destroying Inspects, Radon Testing, Well water flow, Well water bacteria testing, Private septic dye testing, swimming pools and Indoor Air Quality assessments/mold testing).
