Home Inspection Services
- $265.00 to $375.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $475.00 to $585.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $610.00 to $695.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $475.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Age, mileage to location and complexity of building systems (e.g. HVAC, solar etc) may affect the cost of the inspection. Tests such as mold, wood destroying organisms and radon can be performed for an additional fee.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $95.00 to $125.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $215.00 to $425.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Complexity, location and other factors may effect final quote.
