A: There are two primary areas of focus. The first is fractional sales management. I work with business owners to evaluate their existing sales infrastructure including personnel and processes and provide sales management services. Many organizations need the expertise of an experienced sales manager, but do not need to add the overhead of a full time leadership position. The second area is bring the power of mobile marketing to local retailers. I cut through the clutter and provide a simple solution to reach existing and prospective customers.
