Our most common installation is a Home surround sound system.

We are able to remove and send unusable electronics to a proper recycling center. Unwanted equipment that is in good working condition we donate to a deserving school. All other we donate to the East Valley Institute of Technology.

What is your company best known for?

All equipment purchased through DE will have the original manufacturers warranty. And DE offers a standard two warranty on labor.

How much for a Home Theater System? It will vary. All homes are not alike. All clients do not have the same tastes. One client may prefer better picture quality. One client may prefer more acute sound. One may want a control system one may not. We have to sit down and answer all these questions and more.

Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).

We have a client that recently built an RV Garage/Casita. We sat with him and his wife and contractor and mapped out all the low voltage lines and equipment to be installed and how the system was to perform. This project would consist of one 65" T.V. in the Living Room/Kitchen area, a 55" upstairs in the Office/Bedroom. One 43" in the Garage and another on the upstairs Patio. Two pair of 8" on-wall speakers in Garage, 5 pairs of 6.5" in-ceiling speakers in the Kitchen, Living Room, Downstairs Patio, Upstairs Patio and Office/Bedroom. A total of four Security Cameras and an Alarm System.
We used iPad Minis and RTI brand for the Control System. We ran all the necessary Cat6 wiring and speaker wires when they decided to add wiring to an upstairs closet for a possible DVD player install in the future.
Then they changed the position of the Garage TV, so we made the adjustments and ran the lines to the designated location. The contractors were almost finished with the building when it was discovered that they ripped out wiring from the main house that fed Audio, Video and Control to the Veranda by the pool. The clients in-home system was old and not working properly, so we ran lines from the Casita to the Veranda so they could control everything from there. We had spec'ed in a Floor Standing Racking System, but when we arrived to install the equipment we found shelving on the wall. The shelves were not wide or deep enough. We contacted the carpenter and worked with him to alter the shelves. Once all the equipment was installed, we calibrated everything and the client and his wife love it! Best of all, we stayed within budget!

Since the investment can be a considerable one and there are lots of steps to the process, DE will be there to make sure that the client is aware of all that is involved in making the proper decisions.
