What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A:
Make sure that they carry necessary Insurance and ask for a copy of the certificate before agreeing to any work. Also, ask for recent, local references. Any company preforming this service in a full time and professional fashion should have these readily available. Another quick way to get information on a company is to google them. If they've got good ratings on sites like Angies List, Google places and BBB you'll be able to see them there. And equally important, if they've got bad ratings you'll be to send them on their way. Lastly, if you are meeting a representative of a company or even just speaking with them on the phone, note how well they communicate. Are they answering your questions? Are they polite? Are they decisive and competent? You should never have an uneasy feeling about someone you are allowing into your home. Hiring a professional service should be an easy stress-free experience for the home owner.
