Q:

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A:
When comparing bids for a demolition project, be aware of the scope of work you are being quoted for. Many contractors cut corners on permits or quality of work in order to be the lowest bidder. Here are some questions to ask of all contractors: do you take care of the permit? Do you ensure utilities are disconnected/capped? Do you haul away all debris, or burn it then bury the ashes? Will footers be removed? Will seed and straw be applied? With these items in mind, we strive to be the best value on the upstate market.
