Excellent. Anything we asked for Curt always said, "We can do that". UNLESS it couldn't be done and then he gave us the reasons why and offered several options that we might consider. The project truly became a collaboration with us dreaming and Curt making it happen. His crew was excellent. During the building of our [quite large] addition they used a "raised wall" procedure. I was shocked that they would go to that extreme to make sure everything fit like a glove. At the end of the project Curt and I stood in the middle of the room and I told him, "I never imagined I would ever have anything this nice" and I meant it.
Curt's crew was reliable, clean, punctual and did an overall excellent job. He finished the job as promised within the agreed upon time frame and was available to come back promptly with any issues that needed attention.
Overall, I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend Homeworks to anyone looking for home remodeling or repair.
They were awesome! I actually started working with another contractor which was horrible. They started the job tearing down the old deck and started on the new one but didn't show back up to finish for over two weeks. I called Homeworks (reference from a neighbor) - they came out the same day and started completing the work the next day. The deck was finished the day after that and they did a tremendous job! I would DEFINITELY use them the next time as they were very reliable, efficient, and did high quality work.
I’m so glad that I had hired Homeworks for the repairs on the exterior of the house, his crew are good in what they do, they are clean and respectful. The painting crew worked under the 100 plus degree sun and kept on working. After the work was completed Curt made sure I inspected the entire house. Homeworks did more then I asked for and more and the cost of the repair was more than fair. I am very satisfied with the work that was done even my neighbor stopped by and asked if I had won the lottery. I am a happy customer of Homeworks!!
Very clear on the estimate on what work would be done, the cost and how unforeseen repairs would be managed. Gave excellent consulting on paint quality selection and overall a good job on scheduling and completing the work. Price was comparable and fair.
The owner, Curt Coglizer, provided a thorough estimate of work to be performed after first meeting. Curt is very personable, honest and has many ideas for the job and wants the customer to be pleased with the outcome...which sometimes means doing more work than the original plan! We had a deck/screened porch torn down, dry-rot removed, siding replaced and two coats of exterior paint. All of the employees of Homeworks are professional, hard-working and really nice! It was so easy working with the crews. They are on-time, polite and hard workers. We have been very pleased with the work performed, continue to refer them and will use them again in the furure.
