How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Interior - Paint or Stain
- $2.75 to $4.75 per square foot
It depends on the project and whether or not its just walls or walls, baseboards, trim and ceiling. Closets, doors and windows are extra.
Pricing includes labor and materials.

Small Projects - Painting or Staining
- $75.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
Hourly rate for small projects. Range depends on difficulty level and time. There is a two hour minimum.
