How We Charge For Our Services

Bath Exhaust Fan - Install
- $125.00 to $175.00 fixed fee (to install pre-purchased fan)
- $150.00 to $200.00 for mid-grade bath fan
We bill on time + materials using highly skilled, background checked, family friendly Craftsmen. Our Craftsmen are well trained and have the experience to handle any small to medium project you need done in a timely way and to the highest standards.

Bath Exhaust Fan - Repair
- $75.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
We bill $125 for the first hour of labor only, then after the first hour, we bill at $75 / hour, in 15 minute increments. We only bill for the time the repair requires. We allow you to provide the materials needed and to help the Craftsman if you like in order to reduce the time needed to make your repairs.

Bathroom - Remodel
- $3,500.00 to $8,500.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
We do not offer fixed fee pricing. We want to stay in business and we want to treat our customers fairly. Fixed price jobs always have extra cost included to cover the unknowns that are present in every job.

Bathtub - Install or Replace
- $1,250.00 to $2,000.00 fixed fee for acrylic tub (installed)
