How We Charge For Our Services

Demolition - Residential
- $2.50 to $10.00 per square foot
- $8,000.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee (house, no basement)
- $10,000.00 to $18,000.00 fixed fee (house with basement)
Whether the house has a basement or not, the most expensive part of the demo is hauling and landfill dump fees (trash). If there is a concrete foundation(basement) it can usually hauled to a recycling facility with cheaper dump fees.
