How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $235.00 to $275.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $375.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $675.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $275.00 to $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Charges are based on sq ft. Any out buildings mother in law quarters are extra. Septic and well tests are extra,so are pool and spa inspections. FHA $235.
