- $40.00 to $65.00 per sample for lab testing
- $65.00 to $125.00 fixed fee for residential inspection
- $40.00 to $75.00 fixed fee for air test
We believe in having straight forward pricing that best fits you in your unique situation. Not every home is the same, so we feel not every inspection fee would be the same. every standard of care is the same yes, but for a fee.

- $40.00 to $75.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)
- $65.00 to $110.00 fixed fee (level 2 inspection)
- $75.00 to $125.00 fixed fee (level 3 inspection)
