Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $22.00 to $35.00 per hour
- $250.00 to $650.00 per square foot
- $300.00 to $600.00 fixed fee - flat rate
When billing our clients we consider the age of the structure, square footage, and time on site.

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $425.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $425.00 to $550.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Most homes are inspected within 3.5 hours, but the age of the home and it size may require more time on site.
