We live by 2 company values:
1. Everyone needs to smile at the closing table: We will only do a deal if everyone feels like they benefited. If you don’t think that you are getting a fair deal or that we haven’t gone out of our way to solve your issue and get you what you need, then we don’t want to do the deal. Likewise we need to get something out of the deal to compensate for our investment in time, money and expertise.
2. Everyone we speak to must leave in a better position: If we end up doing a deal then that is obvious, but this also applies if we don’t. We look at more properties than we buy snd want to make sure that anyone that reaches out to us or whose home we go to at the very least get some quality information that helps them understand their options and empowers them to take whatever action is best for them (Even if that is not selling their property to us)
