$400 Sq ft 2501/3000
$450 Sq ft 3001/3500

- $275.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $550.00 to $700.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $325.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Billing is done by Sq ft.
Mold, radon, lead base paint, water, well and septic are separate fees
