Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $400.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Fee is based on size and type of business to be inspected.

Home Inspection Services
- $400.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Rate is based on a 2,000 sq. ft. home, a additional $10 for every 100 sq. ft. over 2,000

Roof - Inspection
- $100.00 to $500.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Fee is based on size, pitch and type of roofing to be inspected.
