How We Charge For Our Services

Janitorial Services
- $30.00 to $50.00 per hour (per person)
Cleaning per hour price is dependent on the difficulty of properly cleaning the facility based upon: size, equipment/materials used and man-power need.

Parking Lot - Cleaning & Sweeping
- $50.00 to $70.00 per sweep (25 space lot)
- $75.00 to $90.00 per sweep (200 space lot)
- $120.00 to $150.00 per sweep (1000 space lot)
- $85.00 to $115.00 per sweep (500 space lot)
Price is dependent on "estimated" time. Once the price is confirmed price will not fluctuate even if the cleaning goes over the estimated amount of time.

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $3.00 to $5.00 per pane (inside and outside)
- $2.00 to $4.00 per pane (outside only)
- $2.00 to $4.00 per pane (inside only)
$3.00 to $5.00 per window We charge between $3-$5 per window for both interior and exterior cleaning. The price is dependent on the difficulty of cleaning each window

Window Washing - Commercial
- $3.00 to $5.00 per pane (exterior only)
