Custom Home - Build
- $75.00 to $145.00 per square foot (basic construction)
I can build your home for cheap or I can build your home more expensive. It all depends on what kind of materials and how nice of a home you want built. There are some standard things I put in my spec homes that make them worth more but thats because it costs me more to purchase those quality systems. But I can match any builder's pricing out there. Doesnt matter who they are but I build homes with a significant amount of more experience and technology compared to others. To fully comprehend what I am telling you, you MUST meet with me to understand. I encourage you to have at least 1 scheduled meeting with me before you make a final decision on your next home purchase.

Designers - Drafters - CAD Drafting
- $20.00 to $50.00 per hour for original plans
Again. If it was so easy as to put a simple price upon the industry wouldnt be anything like it is. These estimates will provide you little to Zero amount of help. Contact a professional and then contact more.
