A: Price is based on many factors including:
•sq. footage
•tile material
•# of necessary cuts
•schedule load

A: All materials are included in estimate price, EXCEPT new tile. New tile is best left to be chosen, bought, and picked up by the homeowner to ensure absolute product satisfaction.

Ceramic Tile - Install
- $4.00 to $4.50 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $4.00 to $4.50 per square foot (new wall backing installation only)
- $6.00 to $7.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
- $15.00 to $20.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
Ceramic tile installation price varies by install pattern, simple subway being cheapest($15/sq.ft) herringbone being the most expensive at $25/sq.ft)
New wall backing & new subfloor installation prices are the same(unless new self leveling mortar or new cement is required)

Kitchen - Remodeling
- $25.00 to $35.00 per square foot (for basic construction)
Listed average sq. ft price is for backsplash tile installation and varies by tile material, square footage & number/difficulty of cabinet and outlet cuts.

Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Slate, etc) - Install
- $20.00 to $25.00 per square foot (labor only, stone provided by customer)
- $4.00 to $4.50 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $4.00 to $4.50 per square foot (new wall backing installation only)
- $6.00 to $7.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
New wall backing & new subfloor installation costs are same regardless of new tile material.

Porcelain Tile - Install
- $15.00 to $25.00 per square foot
As low as $15 per square foot, upto $25 per square foot for super large rectified porcelain.

Shower - Install or Replace
- $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 for acrylic stall shower (3' x 3')
- $2,500.00 to $3,500.00 for typical tile shower (3' x 5')
•Average shower tile install WITHOUT shower pan/acrylic pan installation - $2200
•Average shower tile install WITH shower pan installation - $2800

Tile - Removal
- $6.00 to $7.00 per square foot
Average prices are based on "typical" circumstances. Price increases with hazard and risk - i.e.. mold, existing underlayment/substrates, existing tile material, etc.

Tile, Stone, Marble - Clean, Grout, Polish and Maintain
- $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
Most common grouting, sealing or caulking services are charged at $50/hr flat rate. (epoxy grout servicing costs slightly more due to difficulty and health hazard)
