How We Charge For Our Services
Architects - Commercial
- $95.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $6.00 to $7.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 4.00 to 6.00 percent of construction cost
We like to bill as a percentage of construction cost at builder contract signing. This way the costs are know to the client at the beginning and there are no surprises. They also feel free to call whenever they need to without running up a bill.

Architects - Residential
- $95.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $4.50 to $6.50 per square foot (design cost only)
- 7.00 to 10.00 percent of construction cost
We generally bill percentage fees so that they are know upfront and there are no surprises or disincentives to engage us in the process.
