Espresso Tiradentes - Sao Paulo, Brazil
In 2009, São Paulo Metro decided to implement a monorail solution for the extension of Linha 2 Verde, west to east, between Vila Prudente and Hospital Cidade Tiradentes. The 24-km (14.9 mi)-long line has 17 stations, two maintenance facilities, and numerous switches for the operation of the trains.
The project is scheduled to commence operation when construction finalizes in the first phase to Oratorio Station; Sao Mateus will be completed by 2014. The extension to Cidade Tiradentes is scheduled to conclude by the end of 2016. To lower capital expenditures, there are four stations in the Sao Mateus-Cidade Tiradente section slated for construction once the project starts operation.

Hoover Dam Bypass
The Colorado River Bridge is the central portion of the Hoover Dam Bypass project. Construction on the nearly 2,000-foot long bridge began in late January 2005 and the entire Hoover Dam Bypass Project was completed in August 2012.
Now completed, this signature bridge spans the Black Canyon (about 1,500 feet south of the Hoover Dam), connecting the Arizona and Nevada approach highways nearly 900 feet above the Colorado River.
Two sets of checks were performed; first, the whole flying formwork was modeled in 3-D finite element method with varying geometries and support conditions to replicate the actual form usage along the concrete arch. Then, once the models were run, all members, bolted connections, and welded connections were evaluated for easiness of construction and reliability of service.

Ling High Roller - Las Vegas, NV
The Vegas High Roller is a fixed-leg observation wheel under construction by Caesars Entertainment. Innova collaborated with the foundation contractor, surveyor, and steel fabricator to develop specialized rigging and structures to support the column and brace anchor bolts and shear keys. The anchor bolts and shear key assemblies, weighing in excess of 35,000 pounds, needed to be supported at precise elevations and angles to marry with the wheel structure. The design utilized a fixed frame that straddled the pier construction and a rigging frame that was shop attached to the assembly so the crane could fly the assembly into position. Innova provided engineered drawings and fabrication drawings for all frames and rigging.

Las Vegas City Hall
The new Las Vegas City Hall project is a seven-story office building containing approximately 310,000 square feet. The building has been designed for approximately 520 employees, which is the estimated city hall employee count in 2015.
Innova contracted with KHS&S and Whiting-Turner for the new Las Vegas City Hall in Las Vegas, Nev. We have provided a variety of services including:
•Design of the undulating wall in the building behind the seven-story tower.
•Miscellaneous construction engineering solutions requested by the contractor for the project.

Las Vegas Monorail
Mr. Banchik was the engineer in charge of the design and construction support of the MGM-Bally’s Monorail and then the Las Vegas Monorail project in Las Vegas, Nev. After the project was commissioned, and after starting , Innova has been involved in numerous tasks in support of planning for potential expansions of the Las Vegas Monorail as follows:
•Expansion to the airport studies using two different alignments. The alignment work required interaction with McCarran International Airport and their planning staff.
•Expansion to the west side of the Strip to a potential new resort west of I-15.
•Expansion to the north to city of Las Vegas.
•Verification of the Las Vegas Monorail structure when subjected to trains 5 percent heavier than those presently used.
