What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

When you sign a contract to purchase a home - that is when you enter into the inspection contingency period and the same day you need to call Inspections by Randall. I will inspect your house from top to bottom , inside and out, for any deficiencies or safety issues. I will look at the roof, attic, electrical. plumbing, structure, heating and air conditioning, insulation, & appliances - and write up the inspection report in the same day. You will then know if the house is ready to move on to the next phase: Financing. If there are problems found you will know which experts you need to contact to look further into items flagged in my report. Inspection reports are for your information and to be educated about the home you are ready to purchase. You do not want the home of your dreams to become a nightmare.

My inspection reports will show the many of a houses systems that have an effect on your carbon footprint. I will look at such things as the insulation values in the attic, what type of windows are installed, the age of the appliances, the Heat pump SEER rating, and the water heater. The newer and more efficient these items effects the energy used to heat, cool, and operate the home.
