Home Inspection Services
- $325.00 to $521.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $657.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $525.00 to $759.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $555.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Integra’s residential inspection fees are based on the home’s square footage and age. Larger and older homes cost more as they require more time and care to inspect. Newly-constructed homes cost the least.
The inspection fee covers the time and expertise to inspect the property, write and publish a detailed report, research any unusual findings, and confer with clients and agents. Of these, the inspector’s knowledge and experience are the most valuable.

Pool - Inspection
- $149.00 to $150.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $149.00 to $150.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Pools and spas are inspected using the same methodology and approach as the home. It's a visual-only, basic examination. Potentially serious defects are referred out to specialists.
