Questions & Answers
Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: Don't shop around primarily on price. There are great differences between home inspectors regarding experience, thoroughness, in quality of communication and reports. Reports. When inspecting, possibly the most expensive investment in a person's life, they should consider hiring the most expensive, not the least expensive inspector. The better ones simply know they're better and charge accordingly. Ask for sample reports and compare what you're getting. Ask how they're inspecting the roof and how much of the attic in crawl space they intend to inspect.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: We primarily provide full home inspections we offer add-on services such as radon, gas testing, and inspections of pools, irrigation systems, and outbuildings

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: We take a close look at insulation depth and recommend insulating to the climate zone standards in place today. We use infrared cameras whenever possible to look for missing or substandard insulation in walls and ceilings.

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: We care. Our primary concern is informing and protecting our clients to allow them to make an informed decision and not be stuck with an expensive raft of problems after they purchase the home.

Q: What is your company best known for?
A: Comprehensive inspections. We are thorough and prioritize quality over quantity of inspections per year

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: We tend to spend more time per inspection than the average. We have the benefit of an engineering, education and years of Hands-On construction experience.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: Not at this time, but we are considering adding in a free home warranty in 2025

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: Unfortunately, usually the first question is how much do we charge. The fee is based off of an estimate of how long it will take to inspect the home. That's based on the age and size primarily. A more important question is asking about what is inspected, and what sets us apart from others

Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Is your company a member of any associations?
A: I am a member of both ashi and internachi

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? (cash, check, credit cards, etc.)
A: We accept credit and debit cards, Bank transfer, zelle, and checks.
