The contractor is the one that needs to offer a warranty and guarantee on their work, as they are the ones that are building your project. We do not cover the work of the contractor in any way, for liability reasons.

How much is it going to cost? My answer depends on where the project is being built- a remote island wit no ferry service or the mainland. And the quality of the work expected- custom cabinets or stock cabinets, quality of the finishes and appliances.

I am a senior citizen and do not offer any discounts to fellow senior citizens, other then an understanding of aging in place and making a home more liveable.
