Our company is a small family owned and operated business... And when i say family owned and operated- it is so true... My wife, daughter and daughter in law all work in the office... My son does everything from hauling equipment, estimates and sales to manual labor... I keep the company running day to day, do customer service, site supervisor and sales... I started out in the construction industry with my first job as installing swimming pools then I got my CDL. purchased a dump truck and hauled materials to job sites. Where i started working with heavy equipment which i could grade, slope and level anything... which that led me to the asphalt industry and have been doing it since.. I worked with a company for 12 yrs and then decided to brake off in 2016 to open my own business with my family and it was the best thing I ever did...
