Home Inspection Services
- $299.00 to $349.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $349.00 to $449.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $299.00 to $699.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $299.00 to $349.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
JC & E Home Inspection takes all the complication out of home inspection, including pricing. Instead of offering add-ons, extra, or "hidden" fees, our pricing is clear, and simple.

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $100.00 to $250.00 fixed fee per year
JC & E Home Inspection offers our clients a discounted Annual Home Maintenance Inspection. This is another, full-home inspection at a fraction of the price!
