His services not only brightened my furniture but removed all pet odor and dust making them safer for my newborn baby girl. I will defiantly recommend Jennings All Spruced Up to all my friends and family.

The 5x8 rugs were picked up, cleaned beautifully (they even feel softer) and then had him clean the wall to wall carpeting upstairs (4 rooms and hallway). **** Jennings was very professional and completely self sufficient. He also vacuumed and moved furniture as well as cleaning rugs. He did a thorough job. The upstairs feels so much cleaner! He was very polite and nice to work with. Hugly recommended. Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home - $0.25 to $0.40 per square foot (no furniture) - $0.35 to $0.55 per square foot (with furniture) Our prices are based on price per square foot, conditions that can move our pricing up or down include the size of the job stains and soiling, and furniture. Heavily soiled or stained carpets with furniture that needs to be moved drives the amount of labor & material up thereby increasing the price per sq. foot.

Carpets or Rugs - Clean Offsite - $2.00 to $5.00 per square foot Prices vary based on the material of the rug, weather the rug is hand made or machine made, Pet stain removal ect.

Carpets or Rugs - Cleaning for Business - $0.18 to $0.25 per square foot (with furniture) - $0.17 to $0.30 per square foot (no furniture) Cost for carpet cleaning for businesses is determined by the sq. footage, the condition of the carpets, the method of cleaning and frequency of visits. We offer free in person estimates to all of our commercial carpet cleaning customers.

Cleaning Services - Industrial - $35.00 to $60.00 per man hour Industrial cleaning service is billed per hours, duties and equipment and supplies needed alter the price between 35 and 50 per hour.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial - $35.00 to $45.00 per hour Office Cleaning is billed per hours, duties and equipment and supplies needed alter the price between 35 and 45 per hour.

Mold - Remediation & Removal - $5.00 to $25.00 per square foot Again pricing for mold remediation is not regulated by the government but insurance providers.

Pressure Washing - Residential - $400.00 to $800.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home) - $200.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for driveway - $100.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for deck (approx. 250 sq. ft) Price changes are based on purpose of pressure washing (paint prep, cleaning, mold and mildew removal ect), number of floors ect.

Recovery & Restoration - Water Removal - $50.00 to $80.00 per man hour - $2.00 to $5.00 per square foot (clean or gray water) xactimate software is used to determine price to bill insurance
