What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

A:

When embarking on your project, I would definitely ask a ton of questions, check references and make sure the contractor that you hire are on the same page so your project will come out great and the way you want the completed project the way you want it to look.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
|
|
A:
|
During the winter months, we are involved with painting and repair projects, once spring comes around we will be doing a lot of gutter cleaning, pressure washing and outdoor repairs from the harsh winter conditions. We will also be involved with a lot of deck work.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

A:
|
we always use bio-degradable cleaning solutions when cleaning houses and decks, for painting we use environmentally friend paints and for other work we will only use either US or Canadian made products.

A:

we are a small contracting firm, we pride ourselves on great customer service and we try to keep our cost down by shopping for best products to use on your project.

Right now our company is known for doing awesome pressure washing of homes, decks and staining. We also do thorough home inspections.

our dedication to customer service, if something arises we will correct it as soon as possible.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

A:

Depending on the work, Our firm will offer either a six month or year warranty, depending on the work that was done. For home inspections we offer a 90 warranty that is included with the final report, also with inspections the first call back is free.

What is the cost to do the work and how long will it take? Depends on project being done.

we always offer discounts to senior citizens, sometime we will perform the work labor cost free. For veterans or active military we usually offer a 15-20% discount on labor.

Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).

A:

We recently completed a kitchen floor install, the owner wanted a tile floor over existing vinyl, The challenge here was leveling the existing floor and installing the tile, the owner failed to tell us there was no water in the house, we had to truck water in to complete the job. this added about 15 hours more to project.

Small townhome kitchen flloor install , project took about 28 hrs to do, this included levelling subfloor, install of durarock, tile install, grout, finish and clean up.

2nd floor apartment Inspection in Lebanon, PA Project took about 3 hrs to complete, during inspection found evidence of structural issues , water leaks and mold

How We Charge For Our Services

Asbestos - Inspection and Testing
- $35.00 to $125.00 per sample for lab testing
- $75.00 to $400.00 fixed fee for residential inspection
- $125.00 to $1,100.00 fixed fee for air test
it all depends of the initial results of the inspection and if further testing is needed to get the property a clean bill of health

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $80.00 to $170.00 per hour
- $0.18 to $1.30 per square foot
- $275.00 to $1,500.00 fixed fee - flat rate
For commercial inspections it depends on the type and age of building,

Home Inspection Services
- $75.00 to $180.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $250.00 to $325.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $800.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $225.00 to $250.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
The pricing for home inspection above is strickily for inspecting the property additional cost are for additional inspections

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $20.00 to $45.00 per hour
For home maintenance contracts the rates above are similar to the states prevailing wages for work to be performed. Depending on what needs to be done and safety factor is how rates are based.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $25.00 to $65.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $75.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Billed as additional service to clients if during inspection, mold is found on property.

Pool - Inspection
- $35.00 to $150.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $25.00 to $75.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Billing is determined by how long it will take to inspect the pool and whether the pool is above ground or in ground.

Toxic Lead - Testing or Inspection
- $45.00 to $175.00 fixed fee for soil test
- $45.00 to $290.00 fixed fee for water quality test
- $35.00 to $75.00 fixed fee for on-site sampling and lab testing (up to 5 samples)
The cost depends on what the client is requesting, and what type of testing is required.
