We do quality remodeling and repairs on any residential property. We do big jobs and small and always insure the customer is satisfied on every job.

We try to be efficient and conservative with all materials to cut down on cost and our carbon footprint. We always dispose of our waste properly and we recycle materials if possible. .

We offer a warranty on every job. Every job is different and is displayed on each bid for the customer to agree with.

Most customers ask how long I've been doing what I do or how I was taught. I tell them I have been doing residential repairs in the Charleston SC area for 25 years now and have been taught by many great contractors that I can remember and I have see a lot of residential repairs over the years.

Absolutely. We appreciate any member of the armed forces community, the elderly, and any disabled or even struggling members of the community. We do our best to help anyone we can if it be cost or charity work somehow some way if possible.

Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).

We recently expanded a laundry room that had a poor design due to the door being too close to the washing machine and a utility sink that was under a window down a one foot wide access. We removed the wall installed an archway with rounded corner bead (to match the rest of the home) where the wall was and Addis a door to the hall and many other repairs on the home. Is your company a member of any associations?

I am not affiliated with any organizations. I'm usually working on something and maybe someday I'll find an organization that likes working on stuff too. Never know.

Tell us a little about your company.

We are a fairly new company with a lot of experience and exciting new ideas for home improvement customer care. We want to give the owner exactly what their hard earned money deserves. We don't leave a customer uninformed or unhappy. That's our main goal on every home.

I have been given many lunches by customers who was very happy and appreciated the information quality and precise care we take on a job.. Feels like an award so I would say we have been awarded many many lunches.
