What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

As a solo owner/operator I can usually have a faster response rate than larger companies. I also have a larger stake in providing higher quality, communication, and professionalism. It's important to me to provide more personalized services and form strong relationships with my clients. You're not a number here, and I will be upfront and honest about how treatments work, what is practical, and how to try to save you the most money for your budget as possible.
I'm not here to make a sale. I'm here to do everything possible to get a solution that works for your situation.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

A:

I get more requests for mole trapping than anything else, but I encourage current and furture clients to examine all of my services, in particular the quarterly program which protects against over 28 different pests.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

A:

PMP (Pest Management Professionals) are taught about the fundamentals of IPM (Integrated Pest Management). And so the definition of that is to strike a balance between aesthetics, economics, and effective procedures. At JM Pest Solutions LLC, it is my goal to provide a quality, effective, and affordable service that yields positive results. In the environment it should be communicated that it is also Federal Law to follow the labels of all pesticides and equipment used. The label is the law, and when followed correctly, there are no environmental impacts.

I would like my current and future customers to know that JM Pest Solutions LLC is here to support the local community, and that I will bring honesty, transparency, and professionalism and integrity to the market of pest control solutions!

What is your company best known for?

A:

My company is small, and I have a few reviews. But what I can tell you is that my clients appreciate that I have a fast and clear response time. I have good communication, and I don't ghost anybody. If you're on a yearly contract and my prices and services change, I make it a priority to update all of my active clients what takes place, and what those new prices are. 95% of my clients saved money this year because I won't wait for a renewal to pass those savings on.
My company's largest difference is that when you come to JM Pest Solutions for business, I will NEVER treat you like a number. I will always do my utmost to make sure you are satisfied and I will go 200% to make it right from my mistakes.

A:

Well, not MY company, but when I was under the employ of other local companies I did a lot of projects that really showed me great insight. Weather it was termite prep and treatments, mold remediations, wild life extractions. I have learned a ton in the years that I've been doing this. This is my walk in life.

Tell us a little about your company.
|
A:
|
I formed JM Pest Solutions LLC back in April of 2020 under another name specifically geared toward mole trapping, as I did not want to have a substaintial inventory overhead. As it turned out my certification approved me for more than trapping, so I re-branded my business to reflect that I offer various chemical and non chemical apptitudes for pest prevention.
I did not wish to be in the shadow of a larger company; waiting year after year to become certified, and being part of the pecking order. I struck out, and made my way through the pandemic like most of us did, and I'm still here. And I don't intend on going anywhere, any time soon.

Has your company received any awards?

A:

This is a small company, but my rewards are daily. I want to meet new people, and especially their doggies and kitties, or pets. I did A LOT of rideshare, and delivery type work, and meeting new people, especially the doggies was ALWAYS the highlight of my job!
So it is quite the pleasure to be in a niche that I know I love and I'm not here for a paycheck. I'm here for the experience and getting to help people out.
