Faucets - Install or Repair
- $50.00 to $100.00 for sink or bath faucet (install only)
- $100.00 to $200.00 for sink or bath faucet (includes mid-grade fixture)
Depending upon different factors of accessibility pricing is subject to increase more technical ( cutting into walls, etc) the install becomes.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
- $80.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus parts)
- $100.00 to $200.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Depending upon accessibility and location of repair cost can fluctuate.

Plumbing for Remodel or Addition - Install
- $60.00 to $80.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
- $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pvc
- $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with cpvc
- $1,000.00 to $2,500.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pex
All depending on specific elements of home for ease of install

Sewer Main - Install, Replace or Repair
- $80.00 to $100.00 per hour plus materials (for repair)
Individual assessment for these jobs

- $75.00 to $150.00 fixed fee (labor only; toilet pre-purchased)
- $100.00 fixed fee (labor and standard grade toilet)
If every aspect of flange, etc is good just install of toilet priced accordingly!

Water Pipes & Valves - Install or Repair
- $80.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
Depending on individual needs of job, can differ due to different factors.
