How We Charge For Our Services

Cleaning Services - Industrial
- $32.75 to $45.00 per man hour
All pricing is customized depending on the square footage and frequency of cleaning. Then we determine the difficulty of productivity to calculate price. (Low, Moderate or Med-High)
Low Productivity: High difficulty, high % of tile floors, industrial, high traffic areas.
Moderate Productivity: Standard account, moderate difficulty, lower frequency per week.
Medium Productivity: Low difficulty, higher frequency per week.
