We had done a 25 sq, two layer tear off. From the beginning the customer had complimented me on being on time, was just ecstatic that I had actually showed up. From there a quote was given, wasn't the lowest but also not the highest. I gave the customer options as to what shingles and options for material they could use with warranties. After two days the roof was complete the customer had no complaints. I offered a 3-year workmanship warranty. Which both husband and wife loved. This was done in the North Canton area.
