How We Charge For Our Services

Demolition - Residential
- $2.00 to $4.00 per square foot
- $1,400.00 to $8,000.00 fixed fee (house, no basement)
- $1,900.00 to $10,000.00 fixed fee (house with basement)
There are many factors that go in to the costs of a residential demolition. The size of the building, whether the structure has had fire damage, whether the demolition company or the customer provides the dumpsters, how many levels the residence has, and whether the residence is brick or wood.

Waste, Junk, Materials - Remove
- $25.00 to $40.00 per man hour
- $20.00 to $40.00 per cubic yard
- $220.00 to $260.00 for full load (12 ft. truck; about 18 cubic yards)
- $120.00 to $200.00 for 1/2 truck load (12 ft. truck; 9 cubic yards)
Prices for junk/debris removal depend on the total amount to be removed and the specific type of debris that needs hauled away. Prices can also be affected by the rates of the nearest landfill.
