I always reccomend to find a company that is well invested in there team members, which are trained in there field of expertise, humble enough to explain recommendations to solve issues and prevent future problems with systems that are installed on your investment

Why did my water heater leak?
Water heaters leak from lack of maintenance,
Hard water, or warping from turned up to max
There are instances where we find that customer wasn't properly informed on water heater maintenance. Also we find alot.of single handle shower valves will have a bad cartridge causing no hot water in shower so the water heater is turned up to max temp
It's always good to have system checked to make sure fixtures are working properly to prevent water damage

We where recently called out to locate a gas leak for a duplex upon arrival my wife and I seen pge they where getting ready to leave and mentioned customer was lucky the house didn't go up in flames. The gas was disconnected from property. So we hooked up are test equipment to find a leak. We where surprised to find 13 leaks in the system
In front of property by porch I had seen the gas line extended thru another pipe that was
Metal this section of pipe and strong leak. So I used my pipe wrench and started to turned pipe, I heared crunch sound like rusted pieces metal fallen apart, it was the gas pipe that came out which was paper thin with holes in pipe. Tried to remove section complete, we had to jackhammer up porch to access pipe.
The gas line had been cemented in concrete.
We remove old and expose more area of trench made to install a bigger abs pipe to allow gas line to extend to fixtures without being embedded in concrete. We where able to find all the leaks and restore gas to duplex
