Jeff Brand, a seasoned Broker Associate/REALTOR®, has been selling real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex since 1995. He and his specialized team service home-buyers and sellers in the Flower Mound and surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth area. It is because of his extensive real estate competence, general business experience and first-hand working knowledge of team building that Jeff is frequently asked to speak as a real estate educator at various local, regional and national conferences. Jeff’s skill and expertise are enhanced through various designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Financing Specialist (CFS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), offering extensive knowledge in foreclosure avoidance and short sales.
Utilizing his comprehensive skills, Jeff specializes in team development and sales-to-business evolution with a commitment to helping other agents advance their real estate sales environment into a fully-operational, lifelong, thriving business.
