A: Aletheia Managements most common project funding request are Fix & Flip financing and Cash Out Refi's.

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: All of our transactions are done by electronic means, no need to print out forms to sign, scan and resend. If the borrower doesn't have the ability to do electronic signature we use Docusign as an alternative.

A: There are no guarantees in lending, only that a borrower will get my very best effort to fund their project with the resources I have available to me.

A: If a borrower were to pay me directly (rare) I use PayPal as my primary payment processor. I get paid most often when the borrower has been funded and the title company processes my fee via ACH or wire transfer at closing.
