What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

A good question to ask is how long they have been in business? Do they have a portfolio? Ask about prior projects? What companies and projects have you worked with in the past? Are you a registered business and in what state? You can always look it up on the state website to verify their company, and who is the registered owner.

Our company provides more commercial post construction final cleans, than any other service. Our construction cleanup/ final cleans range from retail, restaurant, warehouse, industrial, grocery, and industrial ground up and remodel projects.

How We Charge For Our Services

Carpets or Rugs - Cleaning for Business
- $60.00 to $75.00 per room (no furniture)
- $75.00 to $100.00 per room (with furniture)
Per Room No furniture starts at $60 for carpet cleaning, Rooms with Heavy stains $75 for the extra time and cleaning solutions.
Per Room With furniture starts at $75 for the extra time it takes to move furniture to get underneath, those with heavy stains and larger rooms with furniture can go to $100 for extra time, moving furniture, and cleaning solutions

Cleaning Services - Industrial
- $0.35 to $0.65 per square foot
These prices reflect on the square footage and the type of industrial cleaning we will be providing. For example your basic cleaning starts at .35 a sqft, where a deep cleaning can range any where from .35-.65 when removing heavy debris, soiled material, food products, etc.

Cleaning Services - Medical & Health Care
- $0.20 to $0.40 per square foot
A basic cleaning of a medical facility will start at .20 a sqft and prices can range to .40sqft for deep cleaning.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $0.10 to $0.45 per square foot
A basic clean will start at .10 a sqft and range to .45 for a deep clean or construction/renovation cleaning.

Janitorial Services
- $0.15 to $0.85 per square foot
Prices range from .15 a square foot for basic Cleaning to $2.00 a sqft for more professional services.

Post Construction Clean-up
- $0.30 to $0.65 per square foot
These prices vary depending upon the square footage, the type of building, milage, and the amount of cleanings being conducted
