If your looking to save money on your rehab project then we can help. Our company helps save you money by leaving your house clean and free of debris so your contractor can start right away. We are friendly and work with investors, contractors, homeowners,etc. We work with your budget as long as it’s reasonable.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

We provide interior demolition by tearing down and removing walls, ceilings, floors, tubs, vanity, showers, countertops,etc. We also remove junk from houses that were left messy after a tenant has moved out.

We believe in safety by wearing mask, gloves, and safety glasses. We recycle debris to the appropriate place.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Demolition - Residential
- $2.00 to $4.00 per square foot
- $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 fixed fee (house, no basement)
- $1,000.00 to $10,000.00 fixed fee (house with basement)
We price jobs by the amount of work that needs to be done, labor cost, and disposal fees. The amount of time and location is also calculated in as well. Once we have an estimate we send it over via email requesting a deposit to ensure the customer is serious as we lock in the date on our calendar. We take cash, checks, and cash app as a form of payment.
