We are a full service Real Estate company, we pay all costs for an interior decorator to advice you on the preparation of your home with painting and staging ideas, then we order a professional photographer take photos of your home ad make a virtual tour, after all you sometimes only get one chance to make a first impression. We also pay for a home warranty on your home and do a home inspection at our costs. All these services are included in our listing agreement and if your house does not sale you do not have to pay anything.
