If you are looking for honest advice, great prices and no pressure sales then we are what you are looking for. If a customer is not sure on a purchase they can go home and think about it and return at a later time. We try our best to take the pain and hassle out of the car buying experience. We have many, many satisfied returning customers.

Five Star Ford is a family owned business. Our employees stay at our dealership for a long time and we have very little turnover in our staff. Our dealership is the largest in the Southwest Region. We were the top ranked dealership on DealerRater.com and that includes all types of dealerships. Our customers are our top priority followed closely by taking care of our employees.

Our new Fords come with a nice package of Factory Warrantees. We also offer Extended Warrantees on new and pre-owned vehicles. Our Service Department also stand behind their work.

Is that the best price you can give me? I show them what we pay Ford for the vehicle and what a great deal we are giving them.

Ford offers rebates to certain groups like Career Military Retirees and Active Duty Military. They also periodically offers special rebates to First Responders. We also
make sure we carefully consider the needs and budgets of each of our customers and do not offer them something they do not need or cannot afford.

Every customer is treated uniquely because each situation is different. We do our best to find the perfect solution for each of our customers.

Is your company a member of any associations?

Our company and several of its employees are active members of area Chambers of Commerce, sponsor lots of charitable events and organizations. My teammate, Crystal, is on the board and participates every week with an organization that works with underprivileged children.

Tell us a little about your company.

My teammate and I are the only members of the Credit Union and Business Development Department. We work as a team and often work together to help a single customer. We are pretty much a buy one get one free proposition. Most of our customers love the fact that they assisted by both of us.

Has your company received any awards?

Our dealership is the only Ford Dealer in the World to have received the Triple Crown Award every year for over 15 years. This award is earned for Sales, Service and Customer Service. The recipients must hit high standards in ALL of these areas to get this award. Many of our staff have received individual awards for their efforts with local organizations also.
