How We Charge For Our Services
|
Architects - Residential
- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $8.00 to $12.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 4.00 to 7.00 percent of construction cost
Projects with sub $20,000 budget $1500 fee. 7% for projects up to $50K, 6% for projects up to $100K, 5% for projects up to $200K, 4% for projects over $200K.
